MRI Technologist

They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as with other medical professionals.The primary responsibilities of the MRI Technologist are to accurately administer MRI exams, ensure proper operation of equipment, and provide exceptional patient care. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing education and training to other medical staff, as well as providing technical support. The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or equivalent, certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and completion of an approved MRI program. Responsibilities:

1. Accurately administer MRI exams and ensure proper operation of MRI equipment.
2. Provide exceptional patient care and education to other medical staff.
3. Provide technical support to other medical professionals.
4. Maintain certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
5. Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
6. Ensure proper use and maintenance of MRI equipment in compliance with established protocols.
7. Maintain accurate records of patient exams and results.
8. Follow all safety protocols in relation to MRI procedures.
9. Participate in continuing education activities to stay up to date on new MRI technology.
