Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care in a professional and empathetic manner, following established standards and protocols.
2. Assist providers with medical examinations, treatments, and procedures.
3. Administer injections, check vital signs, and perform other patient care duties as assigned.
4. Prepare exam and procedure rooms, ensuring that all instruments and materials are ready and sterile.
5. Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with regulations.
6. Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide check-in and check-out services.
7. Explain treatment plans and provide patient education as needed.
8. Ensure that the clinic is stocked with adequate supplies and medications.
9. Provide administrative support, including filing, faxing, and other clerical duties.
10. Assist with quality assurance and improvement activities.
