- Ensure that all patients receive high-quality nutrition care during their stay at the hospital.
- Use expertise in clinical nutrition to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the program.
- Lead and manage a team of nutrition professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and dietary, to provide a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to nutrition care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and community organizations, to support the program.
- Monitor and evaluate the program's effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the program's operations, including patient care records and financial reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and educate the community about the importance of clinical nutrition.
- Represent the program and the hospital at professional conferences and events to stay connected with industry trends and network with other professionals.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Food Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Food Service Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.
Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Certified Dietary Manager (Cdm) Certification.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines, Including Joint Commission And Cms Requirements.
Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
