LPN - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for an opportunity to join Saint Francis Health System's Inpatient Rehabilitation team? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide quality nursing care to our patients and families. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to help individuals recover from injury, illness, or surgery and resume their daily activities. To be successful in this role, you must have a valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma, as well as at least one year of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting. Additionally, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients and families in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the practice of nursing.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and families about their condition and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
- Maintain patient records and prepare reports to be submitted to the supervisor.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other related tasks as needed.
Current Lpn Licensure In The State Of Oklahoma
Two Years Of Inpatient Rehabilitation Experience
Knowledge And Understanding Of Patient Rights And Hippa Regulations
