2. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.

4. Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
5. Manage supplier relationships to ensure positive outcomes.
6. Develop and implement processes to track and measure the effectiveness of strategic sourcing initiatives.
7. Utilize analytics and data-driven decision making to improve the procurement process.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contracting procedures.
9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
