  1. Assist the imaging team in performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and verifying insurance information.
  2. Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.
  3. Escort patients to and from the imaging department, providing them with exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
  4. Follow proper protocols for patient identification and safety, including screening for any contraindications to imaging procedures.
  5. Collaborate with the imaging team to ensure timely and accurate completion of imaging procedures.
  6. Perform quality control checks on imaging equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking necessary supplies and disposing of biohazardous waste.
  8. Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a clear and professional manner, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  9. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices.
  11. Act as a liaison between the imaging department and other hospital departments, providing support and assisting with coordination as needed.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings to contribute to the improvement of department processes and patient care.
