
Human Resources Representative: Shared Service Center

- Provide exceptional HR support to all employees.
- Handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate and assist with employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with department managers to address employee performance and disciplinary issues.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and data.
- Continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Shared Service Center Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Employees At All Levels.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports.
