  1. Develop and oversee project plans and timelines for IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  2. Lead a team of project managers and other IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and operational departments, to ensure alignment and integration of projects.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  6. Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Develop and implement project management best practices, standards, and processes to continuously improve project delivery.
  8. Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders to track progress and address any challenges.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform and enhance the organization's overall IT strategy.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to IT project management.
  12. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team members to excel and grow in their roles.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to support the successful execution of projects.
  14. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the organization's leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On It Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of It Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Various Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Experience Implementing Them In A Healthcare Setting.
