- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Monitor and evaluate medication regimens for pediatric patients, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree: A Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Pediatric At Saint Francis Health System Must Have Completed A Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Training In Clinical Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacotherapy, And Patient Care.
Residency Or Fellowship Training: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed A Residency Or Fellowship Training Program In Pediatric Pharmacy. This Specialized Training Will Provide The Necessary Skills And Expertise To Work With Pediatric Patients And Their Unique Medication Needs.
Board Certification: A Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Pediatric Should Be Board Certified In Pediatric Pharmacotherapy By The Board Of Pharmacy Specialties (Bps). This Certification Is A Demonstration Of The Individual's Advanced Knowledge And Expertise In Pediatric Pharmacy Practice.
Previous Experience In Pediatric Pharmacy: Saint Francis Health System Requires Candidates For This Position To Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Pharmacy Practice. This Experience Should Include Working With A Diverse Range Of Pediatric Patients And Providing Specialized Medication Therapy Management.
