Clinical Dietitian

Saint Francis Health System is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition care and education to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused approach.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, or other related field, along with registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). We prefer our Clinical Dietitian to have experience in a clinical setting and a working knowledge of nutrition, health, and disease. Responsibilities for Clinical Dietitian:

1. Provide evidence-based nutrition care and education to patients and their families.
2. Evaluate patients’ nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans.
3. Monitor patients’ progress and modify care plans as needed.
4. Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
5. Educate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals on nutrition-related topics.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
8. Develop and implement nutrition education programs.
9. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
10. Participate in nutrition research projects.
