  1. Conduct wargaming activities and provide expert analysis to support critical national security missions.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for wargaming activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute wargames.
  4. Utilize wargaming techniques to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Analyze and interpret data from wargames to provide insights and recommendations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in wargaming to continuously improve and innovate.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on wargaming outcomes.
  8. Maintain and update wargaming databases and documentation.
  9. Facilitate and lead wargaming sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Communicate wargaming results and findings to various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new wargaming opportunities.
  12. Mentor and train junior analysts in wargaming techniques and best practices.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to wargaming activities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve wargaming processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Background In Military Strategy And Tactics: Wargame Analysts At Saic Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Military Operations And Tactics, Including Both Historical And Current Practices.

  • Experience With Wargaming Methodology And Tools: Candidates Should Have A Strong Grasp Of Various Wargaming Techniques, As Well As Experience With Software Tools Commonly Used In The Industry.

  • Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations Based On That Analysis Is Crucial For Success As A Wargame Analyst At Saic.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Wargaming Is A Team Effort, And Analysts Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Findings And Collaborate With Other Team Members To Develop Solutions To Complex Problems.

  • Security Clearance: Due To The Sensitive Nature Of The Work Done At Saic, Candidates Must Possess Or Be Able To Obtain A Security Clearance At The Appropriate Level. This May Include A Background Check, Drug Test, And Other Security Measures.
