Then SAIC has the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a TSA On Call Data Collector to join our team and support the TSA in their mission to ensure the safety of our nation's transportation systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collecting and analyzing data to support TSA's operational and security efforts.   1. Collect and analyze data related to TSA operations and security efforts.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
  3. Work independently to complete assigned data collection tasks.
  4. Collaborate with TSA personnel to understand data needs and requirements.
  5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all data collection and analysis.
  6. Utilize various tools and techniques to collect and analyze data, such as surveys, interviews, and statistical software.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and TSA personnel to provide updates and share findings.
  8. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and TSA policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of all collected data and follow proper data handling protocols.
  10. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in collected data.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple data collection projects simultaneously.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement in data collection processes.
  13. Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed on TSA policies and procedures.
  14. Meet assigned deadlines and deliver quality data analysis for each project.
  15. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data collection and analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Data Collection And Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Collecting And Analyzing Large Datasets, And Possess A Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles.

  • Knowledge Of Tsa Regulations And Security Procedures: Familiarity With The Transportation Security Administration's (Tsa) Regulations And Security Procedures Is Essential For Ensuring Accurate And Compliant Data Collection.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Tsa Personnel And Other Stakeholders, Making Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Necessary To Effectively Gather And Report Data.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In The Collection And Reporting Of Data To Ensure Accuracy And Consistency. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify And Correct Errors.

  • Flexibility And Availability: As An On Call Data Collector, The Candidate Must Be Available To Work On Short Notice And Be Flexible In Terms Of Working Hours And Locations. This May Include Early Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, And Travel To Various Tsa Facilities.
