Our ideal candidate should have a passion for creating and delivering effective training solutions and a commitment to helping our employees succeed. The Training Analyst will be responsible for researching, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. In addition, we require a minimum of two years of experience conducting training analysis and developing training programs. The successful candidate should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.We are seeking an individual who is motivated and driven, with a passion for learning and development. You must be able to independently manage multiple projects and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
