As a TBMCS Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Theater Battle Management Core System for our clients.   1. Maintain and manage the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) for our clients.
  2. Ensure the TBMCS is functioning properly and any issues are promptly addressed.
  3. Develop and implement procedures for TBMCS operation and maintenance.
  4. Train and assist users in the proper operation of the TBMCS.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the TBMCS.
  6. Stay informed about updates and changes to the TBMCS and implement necessary updates.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the TBMCS is integrated with other systems and applications.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the security and integrity of the TBMCS.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for TBMCS operations and procedures.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on the TBMCS and provide technical support to other team members.
  11. Keep up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in theater battle management systems.
  12. Participate in meetings and briefings with clients to discuss TBMCS capabilities and updates.
  13. Monitor performance and usage of the TBMCS and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Adhere to all security protocols and procedures when handling sensitive information.
  15. Use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the overall success of our military operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Tbmcs Software: A Tbmcs Specialist At Saic Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Theater Battle Management Core System Software, Including Its Capabilities, Functions, And Limitations.

  • Experience In Military Operations: As Tbmcs Is Primarily Used For Military Operations, A Specialist Must Have A Strong Background In Military Operations, Tactics, And Procedures To Effectively Use And Troubleshoot The System.

  • Familiarity With Air And Space Command And Control Systems: Tbmcs Is A Critical Component Of The Air And Space Operations Center (Aoc) And The Joint Force Air Component Commander (Jfacc). A Qualified Specialist Must Have Experience With Other Command And Control Systems Used In These Environments.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Tbmcs Specialists Must Be Able To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues, As Well As Troubleshoot Complex System Problems. They Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify And Implement Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Tbmcs Specialist Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.
