  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement in technical processes and recommend solutions.
  10. Ensure all client data and information is kept confidential and secure.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed service level agreements.
  12. Train and educate clients on technical products and services as needed.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and technical support provided.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards related to technical support services.
  15. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Troubleshooting, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
