  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and participate in root cause analysis.
  10. Adhere to established standards and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
  11. Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
  13. Collaborate with project managers to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  14. Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.
  15. Actively participate in meetings, reviews, and presentations to share progress and provide updates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Government Contracting Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Systems Engineering Processes And Methodologies, Such As Requirements Management, System Design, And Integration And Testing.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Technologies And Tools, Including Systems Engineering Software, Network Infrastructure, And Cloud Computing.
