Systems Analyst

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization, helping to ensure the effective utilization of our IT systems and processes. In this role, you will be expected to analyze and evaluate system performance, identify system deficiencies, and recommend and implement solutions to improve system performance. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of systems analysis principles and practices, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in a systems analyst role; knowledge of programming, coding, and scripting languages; and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate system performance, identify system deficiencies, and recommend and implement solutions to improve system performance.
2. Develop and evaluate requirements specifications and plans for system enhancements.
3. Develop and analyze system models to understand possible impacts of system changes.
4. Review and analyze user requirements for system changes and improvements.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT personnel to ensure successful operation of IT systems.
6. Troubleshoot system issues and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
7. Monitor and maintain system performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
8. Provide technical support and training to users.
9. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and industry trends.
10. Document system designs and updates.
