  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the US Navy's NETC and CIWT programs, including their goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance training and education for sailors.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to the US Navy by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and education programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to training and education in the military.
  6. Work closely with US Navy personnel to establish and maintain positive relationships and ensure their needs are met.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on training and education initiatives, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  8. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  9. Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates and progress on projects and initiatives.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Us Navy Netc & Ciwt Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Us Navy's Naval Education And Training Command (Netc) And Center For Information Warfare Training (Ciwt) Programs, Including Their Goals, Structure, And Training Processes.

  • Experience In Program Support: Candidates Should Possess Experience In Providing Program Support To Government Or Military Organizations, With A Focus On The Us Navy. This Includes A Demonstrated Ability To Manage Program Resources, Track Progress, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Various Levels Of Personnel Within The Us Navy And Saic. The Candidate Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Information And Provide Regular Updates To Key Stakeholders.

  • Teamwork And Collaboration: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working Effectively In A Team Environment And Collaborating With Others To Achieve Common Goals. This Includes The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams, Build Relationships, And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.

  • Security Clearance: Due To The Sensitive Nature Of The Work Involved, Candidates Should Possess An Active Security Clearance Or Be Able To Obtain One. This Includes A Thorough Background Check And Adherence To All Security Protocols And Procedures.
