  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of military operations, gaming trends, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges for clients.
  2. Develop and execute wargaming scenarios and simulations to support strategic decision making for clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement wargaming exercises that align with client objectives and requirements.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret data from wargaming exercises, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  5. Create detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  6. Stay updated on latest wargaming techniques, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and enhance wargaming services.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored wargaming solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of military strategy, tactics, and operations to effectively guide wargaming activities.
  9. Ensure accuracy and quality of wargaming exercises and deliverables, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  10. Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, lessons learned, and continuously improve wargaming processes.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  13. Take initiative to identify and propose new opportunities for wargaming services within the defense industry.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  15. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other industry engagements to promote wargaming services and expand client base.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Military Strategy, Game Theory, Or Operations Research.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Wargaming, Preferably In A Defense Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Patterns And Trends And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Various Wargaming Methodologies And Tools, Including Computer-Based Simulations And Tabletop Exercises.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts And Data To Diverse Audiences.
