  1. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day tasks of staff officers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or obstacles.
  4. Provide guidance and support to staff officers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to successfully complete their tasks.
  5. Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, communicating project updates, risks, and recommendations.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with staff officers to review progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and streamline operations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to staff officers, promoting their professional growth and development.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  12. Generate reports and presentations for upper management, providing updates on project status, performance, and recommendations.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and act as an ambassador for our brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or Engineering.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably As A Task Lead Or Project Manager.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Experience In Government Contracting And Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Processes, Such As Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Defense Contract Management Agency (Dcma) Guidelines.
