- Lead and manage a team of database administrators to ensure efficient and effective operations of SQL databases.
- Collaborate with other team leads and project managers to understand and prioritize database needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases to meet the needs of the organization.
- Implement and maintain database security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure high-quality work.

Extensive Experience With Sql Database Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sql Databases, Including Designing, Implementing, And Optimizing Databases For Large-Scale Projects.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Database Professionals. They Should Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members, And Facilitate Collaboration Among Team Members.
