  1. Utilize expertise in SharePoint to support the legal department with document management and data analysis.
  2. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for legal operations using SharePoint.
  3. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure efficient and effective use of SharePoint for document storage and retrieval.
  4. Maintain and update SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  5. Train and support legal team members in the use of SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or errors related to SharePoint usage within the legal department.
  7. Stay up-to-date on new features and updates to SharePoint and make recommendations for utilization within the legal department.
  8. Utilize strong understanding of legal processes and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in document management through SharePoint.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to identify and address any SharePoint-related needs or challenges.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the SharePoint system to meet the evolving needs of the legal department.
  11. Act as a liaison between the legal department and IT department to ensure smooth functioning of SharePoint and other related systems.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of all legal documents and information stored in SharePoint.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates on SharePoint usage and effectiveness within the legal department.
  14. Collaborate with other SharePoint support analysts and IT professionals to share best practices and troubleshoot any issues.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a dedication to providing efficient and effective support to the legal department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Sharepoint, Preferably In A Legal Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Sharepoint Architecture, Development, And Administration

  • Knowledge Of Legal Processes, Workflows, And Document Management Systems

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Team.
