- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and instructional design.
- Mentor and coach junior trainers to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress to ensure training goals are met.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of adult learning principles and customize training programs to meet the diverse needs of employees.

Extensive Training And Instructional Design Experience: A Senior Training Analyst Instructor At Saic Must Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, With A Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Methodologies.
