Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Services, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Government Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Operating Systems, And Software Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Provide Guidance To Junior Analysts.
