  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to effectively execute project plans and achieve project objectives.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project scope and objectives.
  5. Ensure projects align with overall strategic objectives of the organization.
  6. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Manage project resources, including budgets, staffing, and equipment.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills.
  10. Facilitate project meetings and provide guidance to team members to keep projects on track.
  11. Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for modifications and improvements.
  12. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any project-related inquiries or issues.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Project Manager At Saic Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Motivating Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals And Deliverables.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Senior Project Manager, Effective Communication Is Crucial For Managing Stakeholders, Presenting Project Updates, And Resolving Conflicts. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Verbal, Written, And Interpersonal Communication Skills.

  • Project Management Certification: Saic Prefers Candidates Who Hold A Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Or An Equivalent Project Management Certification.

  • Technical Expertise: The Senior Project Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.
