
Senior Program Control Analyst

- Develop and maintain detailed program plans and schedules to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support program budget management and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, financials, and any potential risks or issues
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations
- Participate in proposal development and support business development efforts for new programs
- Mentor and train junior program control analysts to support their growth and development
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness within programs
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in program management and financial analysis to inform and improve program control processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Control Or Financial Management In A Government Contracting Environment.
Proficiency In Using Program Management Tools Such As Costpoint, Deltek, And Microsoft Project.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Financial Issues And Variances.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders And Team Members.
