  1. Develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all marketing channels.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Lead the development of customer personas and journey maps to better understand customer needs and pain points.

  6. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer-centric marketing, and proactively bring new ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
