  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.
  2. Utilize expertise in SailPoint to design, deploy, and maintain identity and access management solutions for clients.
  3. Collaborate with team members and clients to gather requirements and determine the best approach for implementing solutions.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint and other identity and access management tools.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the most effective and secure solutions are implemented.
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
  9. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.
  11. Occasionally participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  12. Maintain a strong commitment to cyber security and adhere to all necessary security protocols.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the field of identity and access management.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to team members and clients as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Sailpoint Identityiq: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Sailpoint Identityiq Platform, Including Its Features, Functionality, And Configuration Options.

  • Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Concepts, Such As Authentication, Authorization, Provisioning, And Governance.

  • Proficiency In Java And Scripting Languages: Sailpoint Identityiq Is Built On Java, So Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In This Language. In Addition, Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Powershell Or Python Is Highly Preferred.

  • Understanding Of System Integration: As A Sailpoint Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Integrating Identityiq With Various Systems And Applications. Therefore, Experience With System Integration, Including Apis, Web Services, And Data Formats, Is Essential.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Sailpoint Identityiq. This Requires A Strong Analytical Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically Under Pressure.
