1. Operate and control air traffic simulation systems to provide realistic training scenarios for air traffic controllers.
2. Monitor and record air traffic simulation data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training sessions.
3. Collaborate with team members to design and develop new simulation scenarios and training materials.
4. Conduct training sessions for air traffic controllers, providing guidance and feedback on their performance.
5. Maintain and troubleshoot air traffic simulation equipment to ensure smooth operation.
6. Stay up-to-date on FAA regulations and procedures to ensure training sessions are in compliance.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure all training needs are met.
8. Ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in all simulation scenarios and training materials.

10. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the training program to better meet client needs.
11. Comply with all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
