- Monitor and control air traffic using remote pilot technology at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

Faa Certified Remote Pilot: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid Faa Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Skills In The Operation Of Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Suas).
Experience In Air Traffic Control: The Candidate Should Possess Experience In Air Traffic Control Operations, Either Through Prior Employment Or Through Training Programs. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Airspace Rules And Regulations.
Proficiency In Simulation Software: The Remote Pilot Operator Will Be Required To Operate Simulation Software To Mimic Real-World Scenarios. Therefore, Proficiency In Simulation Software Such As Micro Nav Or Adacel Is Essential.
Strong Communication Skills: The Job Requires The Candidate To Effectively Communicate With Air Traffic Controllers, Pilots, And Other Team Members. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For This Role.
Ability To Work Remotely: As The Job Title Suggests, The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Working Remotely And Have The Necessary Equipment And Internet Connection To Do So Effectively. This Includes A Dedicated Workspace, A Reliable Computer, And A Stable Internet Connection.
