  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
  2. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  4. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  6. Conduct regular project status meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  7. Manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  8. Ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget, and make adjustments as needed.
  9. Anticipate and proactively address project challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  10. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  11. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  13. Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on project status.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform project strategy and approach.
  15. Mentor and develop junior project team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.

  • Professional Certification In Project Management (Pmp) From The Project Management Institute (Pmi).

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project, Jira, Or Agile Methodologies.
