Program Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to join SAIC and help lead our team to success. Our ideal candidate is an individual with extensive experience in managing complex projects and programs. They should be able to provide strategic direction and tactical management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the ideal Program Manager should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Additionally, at least five years of experience in managing complex projects and programs in the engineering, defense, aerospace, and/or government contracting industries is required. Expertise in program management tools and techniques is also a must.We are seeking someone who has a passion for leading and developing teams and is comfortable making difficult decisions. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and demonstrate a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project plans and timelines for complex projects and programs • Provide strategic direction and tactical management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet project milestones • Assess resource allocation and project risks • Utilize program management tools and techniques to maximize efficiency and project completion • Lead and develop teams to ensure successful project completion • Make difficult decisions in a timely manner • Communicate project progress to stakeholders in an effective and timely manner • Maintain current knowledge of applicable industry regulations and standards
