They must have an understanding of the software development life cycle and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a program management role, with at least 5 years of experience with software development projects. They should have a proven track record of successful project delivery and possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the success of our projects and can take initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project. Additionally, the Program Manager should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
