Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Program Manager to join the team at SAIC. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a large program that impacts many stakeholders and requires an in-depth understanding of complex systems. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to develop and execute program plans, manage resources, and provide strategic and tactical guidance.To be successful in this role, the Program Manager must have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Program Manager must also have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the large program, including developing and executing program plans, managing resources, and providing strategic and tactical guidance.
2. Analyze program data and resources to ensure efficient use of program resources and effective implementation of program objectives.
3. Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
4. Manage budget, timelines, and quality standards for the program.
5. Monitor project performance and progress to ensure successful completion.
6. Identify and resolve potential risks and issues.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
9. Develop and implement training programs for program staff.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to program staff.
