  1. Monitor and maintain program financials to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  2. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  3. Track expenses, cost variances, and revenue projections to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to create and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
  5. Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to present to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant government regulations.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize program control processes and increase efficiency.
  8. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  9. Participate in the development of new programs and proposals by providing accurate and timely cost estimates.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to support accurate financial planning and forecasting.
  11. Provide support for audits and reviews by maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
  12. Mentor and train junior program control analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  14. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and subcontractors, to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
  15. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet program objectives and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Program Control Or Financial Analysis

  • Knowledge Of Government Contracting And Regulations, Including Far And Dfar

  • Proficiency In Financial Management Systems, Such As Costpoint And Deltek

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Financial Data.
