  1. Analyze and manage program budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  2. Provide financial guidance and support to program managers and other team members.
  3. Monitor and track budget execution, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute budget plans and forecasts.
  5. Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies related to program budgets.
  6. Conduct cost-benefit and risk analysis to inform budget decisions.
  7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  8. Prepare and present budget reports and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in budget regulations and policies.
  10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage program budgets.
  11. Participate in contract negotiations and contribute to the development of new business proposals.
  12. Support audits and other financial reviews as needed.
  13. Mentor and train junior budget analysts.
  14. Uphold SAIC's values and culture while representing the company to clients and partners.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of SAIC by actively participating in company initiatives and promoting a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Acquisition Budget Analysis, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Budgeting And Acquisition Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Experience With Financial Management Systems And Tools, Such As Costpoint And Deltek.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
