  1. Design and implement high-quality network solutions to meet the business needs and objectives of the organization.
  2. Evaluate and optimize network performance, including troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of network infrastructure with overall IT strategy.
  4. Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in network technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate solutions.
  7. Monitor network traffic and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  8. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the network infrastructure.
  9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
  10. Continuously review and improve network processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation of the network.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and troubleshooting.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices for network security and compliance.
  14. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  15. Work independently and in a team environment to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Network Engineering, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Network Infrastructure.

  • Advanced Technical Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Network Protocols, Hardware, And Software, Including But Not Limited To Tcp/Ip, Routing And Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, And Vpn Technologies.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong Leadership And Managerial Skills With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Network Engineers, Providing Technical Guidance And Mentoring To Junior Team Members.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Network Issues, Utilizing Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify Root Causes And Implement Solutions In A Timely Manner.

  • Industry Certifications: Possession Of Industry Certifications Such As Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (Ccie), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Or Other Relevant Certifications Is Highly Desirable And May Be Required For The Role.
