Strong Analytical Skills: A Policy Analyst At Saic Should Possess Excellent Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities To Analyze Complex Policy Issues And Provide Sound Recommendations.
Knowledge Of Policy Development Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Policy Development Processes At Both The Federal And Local Levels, Including Legislative, Regulatory, And Administrative Processes.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Policy Analyst, The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Policy Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Government Officials, And Team Members, Is Essential.
Research And Writing Abilities: Saic Requires A Policy Analyst With Exceptional Research And Writing Skills To Gather, Analyze, And Present Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Experience In Government Contracting: Saic Is A Government Contractor, And Familiarity With Government Contracting Procedures And Regulations Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within A Government Agency Or Consulting Firm Is Also A Plus.
