
PHL - ATC Training Materials Administrator 2

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the PHL-ATC Training Materials Administrator 2. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating training materials for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Air Traffic Control (ATC) program in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the safety and efficiency of our national airspace system.
- Develop and maintain training materials for the FAA ATC program in the Philadelphia area.
- Ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with FAA regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate feedback on training materials.
- Organize and manage training materials in a central repository for easy access and retrieval.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with training instructors and managers to schedule and facilitate training sessions.
- Provide support and guidance to instructors on the use of training materials.
- Communicate any changes or updates to training materials to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and maintain records of training materials, including version control and distribution.
- Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of training materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for any questions or concerns related to training materials.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training administration.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as FAA regulations and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all training materials and related information.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Faa Regulations And Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation, Air Traffic Control, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As An Air Traffic Controller Or In A Similar Role.
Experience Developing And Managing Training Materials For Air Traffic Control.
