  1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure and healthy work environment for employees.
  2. Lead and manage a team of safety professionals to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  3. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
  4. Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  6. Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  7. Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to identify and address safety concerns and make necessary improvements.
  8. Oversee the maintenance and functionality of safety equipment and systems.
  9. Keep accurate records of safety incidents, training, and compliance efforts.
  10. Communicate safety updates and initiatives to all employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
  11. Develop emergency response plans and procedures to handle potential crises.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in safety practices to continuously improve the organization's safety standards.
  13. Conduct regular safety meetings and provide safety reports to senior management.
  14. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in safety inspections and audits.
  15. Foster a positive and proactive safety culture among all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Organization

  • Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Designation

  • Strong Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Industry Standards For Workplace Safety

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Safety Procedures And Protocols.
