The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as computer science or electrical engineering, with at least 5 years of professional experience in engineering systems. In addition, the successful candidate must have experience in the modeling and simulation of complex systems and a solid understanding of system design and system engineering principles. The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative engineering solutions to meet customer requirements.
2. Design, develop, and test models and simulations of complex systems.
3. Utilize system design and engineering principles to create efficient and reliable solutions.
4. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
5. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
7. Monitor and review progress of projects, as well as provide feedback and recommendations.
8. Maintain knowledge of current engineering trends and best practices.
9. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to engineering projects.
