  1. Manage and maintain all Microsoft Windows systems within the organization.
  2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  3. Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of the systems.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  5. Utilize best practices and industry standards to optimize Windows systems for maximum efficiency.
  6. Stay updated on the latest Windows technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for all Windows systems and processes.
  8. Train and assist other team members in utilizing Windows systems effectively.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and risks.
  10. Work with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve any system-related issues.
  11. Plan and execute system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders about system updates, changes, and maintenance schedules.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to understand their system needs and provide technical support and solutions.
  14. Conduct regular system audits and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Microsoft Windows-Based Systems.

  • Proficiency In Windows Server Operating Systems, Including Active Directory, Group Policy, And Dns.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.

  • Industry Certifications Such As Mcse, Mcsa, Or Vcp Are Preferred.
