- Manage and maintain all Microsoft Windows systems within the organization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of the systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Utilize best practices and industry standards to optimize Windows systems for maximum efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest Windows technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all Windows systems and processes.
- Train and assist other team members in utilizing Windows systems effectively.
- Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and risks.
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve any system-related issues.
- Plan and execute system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Communicate with stakeholders about system updates, changes, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their system needs and provide technical support and solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Microsoft Windows-Based Systems.
Proficiency In Windows Server Operating Systems, Including Active Directory, Group Policy, And Dns.
Extensive Knowledge Of Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.
Industry Certifications Such As Mcse, Mcsa, Or Vcp Are Preferred.
