  1. Develop and deliver training programs for acoustic analysis tools and methodologies used in the military and defense industry.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in acoustics technology and techniques.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and develop training plans to address any knowledge gaps.
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients on acoustic analysis tools and methodologies.
  5. Participate in the design and development of new acoustic analysis tools and methodologies.
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members, both in person and virtually.
  7. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to acoustic analysis tools and methodologies.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of acoustic analysis tools and methodologies into projects.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  12. Represent the company and its expertise in acoustics at conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members on acoustics-related tasks and projects.
  14. Maintain accurate records of training and provide regular reports to management on training activities and outcomes.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Meteorology, Oceanography, Physics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Acoustic Modeling And Analysis Within The Ocean Environment.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Matlab, Python, And Sharp.

  • Strong Understanding Of Acoustic Principles And Their Application To Underwater Systems.

  • Prior Experience Working With Navy Or Department Of Defense (Dod) Acoustic Programs And Familiarity With Their Requirements And Processes.
