  1. Lead the development and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions for clients.
  2. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team in order to achieve project success and exceed client expectations.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of Oracle EPM professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Oracle EPM and provide thought leadership to the team and clients.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving overall client satisfaction.
  7. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines and ensure successful delivery within agreed upon parameters.
  8. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  9. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of Oracle EPM services and make recommendations to senior management.
  10. Keep track of industry best practices and continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EPM and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  12. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote Oracle EPM services and establish new partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes And Experience In Leveraging Epm Solutions To Support Financial Reporting And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Oracle Epm Suite, Including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, And Data Integration Tools.
