3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all LVC exercise planning and coordination, maintaining open communication with Air Force leadership and external partners.
4. Stay up-to-date on LVC simulation systems and Air Force training and readiness requirements to inform exercise planning and execution.
5. Lead and facilitate pre-exercise planning meetings and post-exercise debriefs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Manage and oversee the scheduling, resourcing, and execution of all LVC exercises, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior exercise planners and support staff to ensure the successful completion of all exercise objectives.
9. Monitor exercise progress and make real-time adjustments as needed to ensure exercise goals are met.
10. Analyze exercise data and produce reports to inform future exercise planning and improve overall readiness and effectiveness of the Air Force.
