  1. Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  2. Set up and install new computer systems and software applications.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and updates on existing systems.
  4. Monitor and manage system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  5. Assist with network and printer configuration and connectivity.
  6. Train and educate end users on proper use of technology and software.
  7. Maintain accurate inventory of all computer equipment and software.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT issues.
  9. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Document all technical procedures and processes.
  11. Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
