- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices for ITIL asset management.
- Develop and maintain asset management processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain accurate asset inventories and tracking systems.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of asset data.
- Monitor and track asset utilization, performance, and cost to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and maintain service contracts and agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on asset management processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ITIL asset management.
- Prepare and present reports on asset management metrics and key performance indicators.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new asset management systems and tools.
- Train and educate employees on proper asset management procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to asset management.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of asset management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Itil Foundation Certification Or Higher.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Asset Management.
Proficiency In Asset Management Software And Tools, Such As Servicenow Or Bmc Remedy.
