Instructional System Design (ISD) Manager

The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and creatively, while providing guidance and support to our team of instructional designers. We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in instructional design, training and development, or similar field. A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field is preferred. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential to success in this position. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that meet organizational needs.
2. Provide guidance and support to instructional designers.
3. Think strategically and creatively to implement cutting-edge learning and development solutions.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Monitor progress of training program delivery and assess results.
6. Review and update existing training materials.
7. Evaluate and recommend new training tools and technologies.
8. Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
9. Monitor and manage budgets related to training and development.
10. Assist in the design of evaluation systems to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
