- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process for various positions within the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee retention and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive change and enhance company culture.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in human resources to continually improve and enhance HR processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) And Affirmative Action (Aa) Guidelines.
Experience With Hris Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
