  1. Provide technical expertise and support for clients' critical missions.

  3. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client operations.
  5. Collaborate with team members and clients to identify and address areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security protocols.
  7. Keep accurate records and documentation of all work performed.
  8. Stay current on industry advancements and technology updates to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and team members.
  10. Travel to various locations as needed to provide on-site support and services.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  13. Act as a representative and ambassador for the company, promoting its values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or Technical Support Roles

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience With Relevant Equipment And Systems

  • Ability To Work Independently And Travel Frequently To Various Locations In Guam For On-Site Support And Maintenance.
